Since then I've made a window treatment over the kitchen sink.
And a valance for over the kitchen table. Kris cut out the shape for me with his jigsaw and then I covered it and put trim on it. Sewing the material so you couldn't see the seam proved to be harder than I thought it would. Now if I could only get DH (dear husband) to hang it for me...
Here's a pic of my boys admiring my awesome work (not really, I just thought it was a cute pic of them)... I would also like to add that Pate isn't usually allowed to come in the house, let alone on the coach!
This weekend Sam, Rachel and I are making these cute aprons - I'm so excited!!

I'm also hoping to make window treatments in the living room and matching pillows!

I'm taking the Ruthie clutch class this weekend! We should go sew together one day!
Well done!!! Wish we could sew together!!! Miss you sweet friend:)
Keep learning...I could give you enough work for a part time job! Both window treatments look GREAT!
Oh I love that!!! I tried making a blanket for my boyfriend in college out of all sorts of different animal fur... It was a disaster! The fur got caught in the machine and ruined it, and then I never finished! So I might have about 100 squares of different patterned animal fur somewhere in the attic...
